Our dedicated staff provides free full-body brushing sessions throughout the day, keeping your pet's coat soft, shiny, and tangle-free. Tailored meal times cater to their individual dietary preferences and needs, ensuring they stay energized and satisfied. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to provide exceptional service and ensure the availability of appointments for all our clients, we have implemented the following policies: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your slot with another client in need of our services. Deposits: To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required for all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Late Arrival Policy: We accept late arrivals at our discretion, recognizing that life scenarios can arise unexpectedly. Please be aware that late arrival may impact the duration of your scheduled service, as we may need to adjust our schedule accordingly. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, a late fee of $20 will be added to your service charge. No-Call, No-Show Policy: Failure to provide 24-hour notice or a no-show will result in a charge of the full amount of the scheduled service. We value the time of our staff and other clients, and this policy ensures fairness and availability for all. Peak Months: During peak months, such as November and December, full payment upfront may be required for all appointments due to high demand. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
