      • We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. If you believe there is a defect or issue with your handmade item upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
    • Customization and Personalization:

      • Many of our handmade items are customized or personalized to your specifications. We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
    • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Exchanges (if applicable):
