      • Villa Pooch handmade and handcrafted items are ineligible for refund or cancellation after the order has been started. Once production begins on your custom item, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.

      • We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. If you believe there is a defect or issue with your handmade item upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

    • Customization and Personalization:

      • Many of our handmade items are customized or personalized to your specifications. We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

    • Damaged or Defective Items:

      • In the rare event that your handmade item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide options for repair, replacement, or compensation as appropriate.

    • Exchanges (if applicable):

      • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
